When does the conference start? When should I plan to arrive?
Conference day is September 28, 2019, 9 am – 3:15 pm and registration starts at 8:30 am!
Where do I go?
The George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs
1957 E Street NW Washington, DC 20052
Head towards the elevator to the 7th floor.
How do I get there and what is the parking situation?
We highly encourage carpooling or taking the metro due to limited parking availability.
If you are taking the metro there are a few stops nearby (map below):
Farragut West Station (orange, silver, blue lines)
Foggy Bottom Station (orange, silver, blue lines)
Farragut North Station (red line)
For those planning on driving:
You can park at the G Street Garage at 2004 G Street NW Washington, DC 20006. This is a self-service garage and accepts all major credit cards for payment (no cash)
What do I need to bring and what should I wear?
We will have pens for you, so just bring your own note pads or journals if you want to write anything down throughout the day.
Make sure to bring your business cards, ideas, and best networking game! The dress code is business casual attire.
Why should I arrive early?
Pick up some coffee and breakfast when you arrive! Our talented photographer, Ray, will also be taking headshots for all of our participants starting at registration time. Beat the line and get that perfect LinkedIn picture.
