Atsara Making Class with FYP

Are you a foodie? Do you want to learn how to make more Filipino dishes? Well, you’re in luck! Join FYP-DC for a cooking class led by the legendary Chef Javier at Kuya Ja’s Lechon Belly! This month, we will be learning how to make atsara.
What is atsara? Atsara is a traditional condiment eaten with various Filipino dishes. It is made out of green papaya pickled to perfection and goes great with your lechon and Filipino BBQ!
Tickets will be $15 for members and $20 for non-members on Eventbrite. Following the class, stay around for dinner when the restaurant’s kitchen opens at 5 pm! Your ticket includes a $5 voucher that can go towards a meal.
Please note that this class will be limited to the first 15 people who buy tickets, as we want to ensure there is sufficient space for our aspiring FYP chefs to participate!
